The apartments are located on the 2nd floor of a three-story building where on the ground floor there are shops and a bar that is only open temporarily and a private home on the 1st floor.

The apartments each have a private covered L-shaped terrace with a portable barbecue.

Rooms: The apartments have between 35 – 40 m2 of living space and were built in 1980 with some subsequent reform.

They have a living-dining room with an open kitchen furnished and equipped with a 2-burner vitro cooker, small fridge and microwave, 1 double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and 1 bathroom with a shower.

Equipment: House with light ceramic tile floors, double glazing, SAT TV and Spanish antenna, WIFI connection 600 mb., 2 AC (hot-cold) in living room and bedroom, electric light, town running water (not drinkable), hot water by electric water heater. There is no washing machine, (there are two laundries in the area). Furnished 100% rustic style.
