We are an agency of rentals from 1999 in is Llombards-Santanyí and have experience in rentals for long term, holiday and in sale.

The area is along the south- until the eastcoast from Bahia Grande, Colonia St. Jordi, Porto Petro, Porto Colom until Cala Murada and the towns of Llucmajor, Felanitx, Campos, Porreres and Santanyi until S’Horta and Calonge.

If you have any property – if is an apartment/flat, garage, a house in the village/town, commercial real estate, a house that can be reform from the tenant, if is a house in the field or a chalet – whatever – we will rent it in all categories of prices.

 
In order to offer your Immoblie, we need some documents in advance to be able to check the property. This is then set up by us and underlaid with corresponding photos and videos on our website.
Our customers are Europeans of all nationalities and we have sufficient professionalism to find the right tenants  in mutual cooperation. We check this for the necessary references and at the request of the owner, we also follow the corresponding loss of rent insurance.

During the rental period between customers and owners, we are there for you and help you to keep away communication problems aside.
