On the upper level (ground floor) is the spacious living / dining room with large dining table for up to 10 people, a modern open kitchen, which has a 4 m long counter, is equipped with fridge, freezer and modern aluminum, microwave, ceramic hobs, oven and enough storage space. A separate reading room with sofa and comfortable furnishings, 2 bedrooms with double beds / fitted wardrobes and 2 bathrooms en suite (shower) and a guest toilet and laundry room.

Through the window front, which extends over the entire sea side, one has on the upper level everywhere sea view and has access to the terraces with the pool.

A staircase at the entrance leads to the spacious basement with a large sports room and a relaxation room with sofas and another 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms en suite.

The living area is equipped with 2 sofas, a handmade natural wood table, 2 designer chairs and a TV cabinet with a flat screen TV with satellite TV.

The basement has in all rooms wooden floor, city water, WIFI / Internet from 7 MB upload and 2 MB download, gas central heating and air conditioning in all rooms, 2 closed stoves, double glazing and has a perfect insulation. Only rentable furnished.

Distances: The chalet is located directly on the coast, to the port about 1km, to the beach about 2.5 km and to the airport about 68 km.
