Approx. 100 m2 living space with 3 bedrooms (2 x double and 1 x single bed) with built-in wardrobes. 2 bathrooms with bathtub / shower, fully equipped kitchen and storage room, laundry room with washing machine, light-flooded living and dining room with covered terraces of approx. 8 m2 and sea views.

Equipment: Completely furnished, 2 x air conditioning h / c, double glazing, internet line 10 Mb., satellite TV.  Final cleaning costs extra. Towels and bedclothes available.

Location: The apartments  stay in very quiet area and not far are supermarkets, shops and good restaurants nearby. Colónia de Sant Jordi is a former fishing village and belongs to the municipality of Ses Salines, which is located in the southeast corner of Mallorca between Santanyí and Campos. To the west of Colonia de Sant Jordi is the longest natural beach on the island, Es Trenc.
