Outdoor area: The fenced property of a total of 112,326 m2 is located on a paved road has two manual entrance gates (one for personnel transporters and one for the guests). Next to the restaurant is the pool zone in approx. 40 m2 (1 x for children of 7 x 2.50 m and 1 x of the large 7 x 13 m) with sufficient lying and parasols. In addition, there is a laundry room with 4 washing machines, dryers and shelves to accommodate a storage room and the equipment and other things, to keep a small covered zone next to the kitchen exit for bicycles, firewood and sun loungers.
