The chalet is located on a closed wall and grid plot of approx. 35 m2 on the corner, has a gate entrance to enter the lot.

The chalet has a covered terrasse next to the garden and the pool of approx. 15 m2 of 2 m. deep throughout the soil and a GasBBQ. 2 open terraces on upper floors ( one with sombrella ), from where you can see the sea in East orientation.
