The walled property of approx. 4,000 m2 is about 2 km. to Cas Concos removed and has a good access route, manual driveway, half -open garage and a large house with a wood oven, a beautiful garden and a pool in the middle of it

Equipment: Approx. 250 m2 living space on 2 floors – but with a few different heights and a few small steps in between.

Ground floor: entrance room with a beautiful arch with a lying living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms ( one of them with bathroom ensuite with shower) and 1 bathroom more with shower / bathtub.

To the left of the entrance there is a large and still typical Mallorcan kitchen  (without electrical recess devices – just a pre -installation for the dishwasher) with access to a side garden.
