The 820 m² plot has artificial grass around the 8 x 4 m pool, an outdoor shower and toilet, four sun loungers, a room for a washing machine, a charcoal barbecue, and a covered terrace of approximately 40 m² with plenty of seating facing south. There is parking in front of the house.

Rooms: The approx. 100 m² ground floor chalet was completely renovated in 2024 and offers:

An entrance area that serves as a living and dining room with an adjoining, separate fitted kitchen with a serving hatch and all necessary electrical appliances. There are also two bedrooms with two double beds (the master bedroom has a bed measuring 1.80 x 200 cm, and the second bedroom has a bed measuring 1.40 x 1.90 cm), standing wardrobes/chests of drawers, and two bathrooms with showers.

Equipment: Single glazing, two air conditioners (hot and cold), one standing fan, city water, satellite TV, GESA electricity, hot water via a gas boiler, and internet via Conecta Balear with 600 Mb. It is furnished and includes bed linens and towels. Babybed and stair on request – extra.
