The house is located on a closed wall and grid plot of approx. 1,000 m2 with a garden area with grass next to the 3 x 6 m pool, hammocks, barbecue and a wide open view from the large covered porch, where there are areas to enjoy. An uncovered terrace is found by climbing an outside staircase.

Rooms: Built in 2002 with approx. 200 m2 of housing in two heights.

Ground floor: We have an entrance to the living room with an open kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and pantry, 1 bathroom with shower where there is a washing machine and electric water heater. 1 hallway with 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, (2 of them with 2 single beds and 1 with a double bed), 1 bathroom with bathtub / shower. The exterior can be accessed from the living room, kitchen and hallway.

1st floor: Access from the external staircase to 1 large bedroom with a double bed with a bathroom with shower en suite.

Equipment: House with brown stoneware tiled floors, double glazing, aluminum and wooden shutters, 5 hot and cold AC in living room and bedrooms, oil heating, SAT TV and Spanish channels, WIFI connection from 3 / 1 MB, combined electric and solar light, water from cistern and well water for external irrigation, hot water by gasoil or solar panels. Furnished modern and ethnic style 100%. Cot and baby chair available.

Others: Pets are not allowed. Extra cost of final cleaning 200 €. Minimum stay of 5 nights. Tourist license ETV / 2111. Aircondition per day 10 € optional.
