The local was built in 1900, were renovated in 1946 and are located in the heart of Felanitx, on a street with access to only residential vehicles from the street and where parking and parking are prohibited, although it is located nearby in the adjoining streets.

The place is on the ground floor of a building with entrance from the street, with a front door and glazed windows, with approx. 60 m2 distributed in 1 big entrance room and 2 little rooms, 1 toilet and a small storage room.

The floors are yellow stoneware tiles, big windows with simple glazing.  There is only a cabinet and a table, which can be removed. It does not have outside space.
