The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with 2 houses and a store (without activity) in Cala Murada. It has an independent entrance from one side of the street with a door with an automatic video intercom and a door for a car. The plot of 100 m2  is closed in part by wall and grid, another part by grid and on the other side only with a small hedge.
