Holiday or saisonrental in the summer:
State -modern and bright chalet with garden, terraces and not far from the Cala Santanyi.
Outdoor area: The walled property is partly fenced and has a small garden, gas grill, outdoor shower, jacuzzi, dining tablearea. Parking in front of the property.
Rooms: In the ground floor there is an entrance area with a wardrobe and some storage space and a staircase which leads to the upper floor. Behind the following (separated with a door) you can get into the large bright living, dining room with an integrated fitted kitchen with enough work surface and all electricalized devices including dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee filter machine and capsule machine. From here it goes into it in the door separated – the bathroom with a bathtub and shower and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The master bedroom (double bed from 1.60) and 1 another bathroom – identical as in the ground floor – is located on the 1st floor. The bedroom has a large uncovered terrace with 2 loungers and a small balcony backwards.
Equipment: Bright floor tiles, double glazing with a tipping window system and partially sliding window system of the terrace doors, fireplace, air humid, safe, 3 x AC (hot – cold), alarm system, city water, ceiling fan, mosquito nets, internet with 300 MB, TV and Netflix via the Internet in the living room and 1 bedroom, electrical towel holder in the bathrooms, light and cozy rooms, enough storage space for clothing by integrating wardrobes. Washing machine and dryer on the balcony on the 1st floor. Baby bed, hairdryer, iron, towels and bed linen available.
