The farm has access by a paved country road and has a partially enclosed wall or grid plot of approx. 29,000 m2 where at the entrance there are stables, a shed for assembly elements with 1 toilet, and a 20 x 40 m arena. There is water in the place. The stables and the arena would be for shared use with the owner.

The one-story home is located up the path towards the back of the lot.

Upon arrival we have an open garage where the owner can put a barbecue on one side. The 32 m2 pool is located on one side of the house.

A covered porch is located at the exit of the living room, and between the house we have an outdoor paved area with pastures for plants.

The views are to the countryside, there are some neighbors around and you can partially see the sea.

Rooms: The modern style house with totally new construction started in 2021 has a single floor of approx. 210 m2.

We have an entrance where to the left is a large room that has another separate entrance, this room is ideal for different uses such as living room, office, gym, yoga room … it has large windows with lots of light.

On the right we have a spacious living room with an open kitchen with an island equipped with all electrical appliances, large windows and high ceilings make a pleasant and unique stay, the owner can install a pellet or wood stove here.

Continuing to the left we have 1 guest toilet, a room with a heating controller, a ramp that leads to a large hallway with 3 double bedrooms, a utility room where the owner can put a washing machine, and has access to a bathroom with a shower. 1 more bathroom with shower is located in the hallway.

Equipment: House with polished cement floors or sand-colored microcement, double glazing, the owner can install satellite dish and Internet at the expense of the tenant, the heating is through aerothermal heating with radiators that provide cold or heat, hot water through the same system, electricity, running water from town. It is unfurnished.

Others: Consult to have a pet. Stables and riding hall to share with the owner, this allows up to 3 horses on the farm.

The owner includes once a year the maintenance of the exterior carpentry of the house.
