We have the entrance to the living – dining room with an chimney and over a small step  it goes to 1 double room and 1 single room, corridor to 1 more single room, 1 double room and 1 bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is at the end, kitchen equipped with a kitchen buttanga, electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.

Equipment: Bright tile floors, simple glazing, beige aluminum window shops, satellite TV and Spanish channels, 600 MB internet connection via radio antenna, Gesa electricity, electrical radiator, city water, hot water via gas heating. Furnished and equipped for up to 6 people.

Others: Pets are not allowed because it is an open property. 1 mm deposit + electricity costs especially via counter. Possibly to rent the months of April and Octuber for 1.400 € per month – on request.
