6 apts with communal pool, terraces, BBQ zone and AC in a small village settlement near Campos – Sa Rapita. Outdoor area: There are enough parking spaces in front of the house, a large communal pool of 52 m2, garden and large BBQ zone (gas grill) with a covered south-facing terrace as well as an enormously large covered terrace with loungers in front of the pool. Own semi-covered front terraces of approx. 8 – 12 m2 (on the 1st floor with additional electric awning).

Water, internet, pool garden maintenance and final cleaning included. Minimum rental 2 months. Per apartment max. 2 people – for 3rd person in an AP – on sofa bed possible – on request and surcharge.
Seasonal rental from 6 – 11 months – no matter which months: rent 650 E + electricity extra via your own counter, 1 month of deposit. Max. 1 person. No dogs allowed.

Distances / Location: The apts are opposite Casita C 01 WT, which can also be rented over the winter or for a season. Sa Sorda is a small original village settlement in the countryside, which is still in a quiet location and is not far from the beach Es Trenc (7 km), Ses Covetes y Sa Ràpita (5 km), Colonia de Sant Jordi (10 km), Palma about 50 km and Campos about 8 km.
