SEASON RENTAL between Sept / Oct as May / June:

Charming apartment on the 1st floor in Colonia San Jordi with stunning sea views.

The complex was built in 1999 and is in a very well maintained condition.

The apartment itself was renovated in 2014. Covered terrace with awning.

Rooms: A small hallway leads to the apartment where the small fitted kitchen with all electrical appliances is located immediately to the left. (Electric cooker, fridge, small oven, microwave).

Continue through the hallway to the other rooms as in the bright living, – dining room with exit to the terrace (about 10 m2 with awning). This was divided with a roller blind and created another cozy sleeping area.

Furthermore, there are 1 double and 1 single bedroom with fitted wardrobes and 1 bathroom with shower.

Equipment: Bright floor tiles, dark woodenlambs, electricity from Gesa, city water, Internet from 10 Mb – posibly to 300 Mb, Sat TV with small TV, 1 x AC / hot cold, single glazing, ceiling fan, electrothermal of 60l, small basement of about 5m2. Only rentable furnished.

Distances: Approx. 1m to the coast, 8 km to Campos, 12 km to Santanyi and 50 km to Palma. The location is very central, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and the nearest beach are within walking distance.
