Seasonal rental all year round – but up to a maximum of 11 months and winteroffer
House with whirlpool and BBQ on the outskirts of Llucmajor – towards Campos.
The house is located on a closed plot of approx. 15,000 m2 with an automatic gate – but close to the road. There are olive trees and vineyards on the property, which the owner occasionally tends. It is located at the entrance to the property and has an open terrace area with a hot tub. Next to it, a pergola with a vineyard provides shade; the BBQ of gas and the entrance to the house are on this side.
Rooms: The ground floor house of approx. 40 m2 of living space has an entrance to the living-dining room with a fireplace and an integrated mall. Fitted kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, an electric oven, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee machine as well as kitchen inventory. A curtain separates the bedroom with a 1.35 cm wide bed. and two built-in wardrobes. Next door there is 1 bathroom with a shower. From here you can also go to the terrace.
Facilities: Brown tiled floors, double and single glazing, wooden blinds, visible beams, 2 x air conditioning hot and cold in the living room and bedroom, internet connection can be installed – on request, smart TV and satellite TV also with Spanish channels, electric light, well water, hot water via 100 l electric boiler. Internet can be installed from the landlord  from a rental up to 6 months and is incluided. Furnished and equipped in a rustic style, inventory of bed linen and towels available.

Others: Keeping pets by arrangement… because there are free-roaming chickens on the property. Seasonal rental between 2 months and max. 11 months. 
Prices: Between November and April: €530, the following months May and October: €630 and September and June €780. Commission depending on rental period. 1 month deposit. Additional electricity costs separately with invoice template.

Distances: Only a few kilometers to Llucmajor (it is on a path next to the road so you can hear cars driving past) and about 500 m. to the motorway to Palma, which is about 25 km. Approx. 12 km to the coast.
