The duplex apartment is located in an urbanization of 60 homes with a communal pool and open parking spaces at the entrance.

The apartment has an open terrace with an electric awning on the ground floor at the exit of the living room with a staircase that goes down to a covered terrace with direct access to the rocks and the beach, facing east, with magnificent views of the sea and the coast. .

Rooms: Built in 1987 and carried out some subsequent renovations with approx. 170 m2 of housing.

Ground floor: We have a living room with a wood stove, 1 bathroom with shower, a white and modern kitchen furnished and equipped with a ceramic hobs, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with an en-suite ( shower ).

Distances: On the 1st line of the coast. Approx. 65 km. In Palma, in Cala Murada there are services, bars and restaurants open all year round, but in the summer season.
