2 bathrooms with bath / shower, fully equipped kitchen and storage room, laundry room with washing machine, light-flooded living, – dining room with covered terrace of approx. 8 m2 and sea view.

Equipment: Completely modern furnished, 2 x air conditioning h / c, normal glazing, internet line possible, satellite TV, city water, Gesa electricity. Towles and bedlinen.

Others: It is rented for a few or more months in the winter ( September as May )

Location / Distances: The apartment is very quiet and there are supermarkets, shops and good restaurants nearby. Colónia de Sant Jordi is a former fishing village and belongs to the municipality of Ses Salines, which is located in the southeast corner of Mallorca between Santanyí and Campos. To the west, Colonia de Sant Jordi is followed by the longest natural beach on the island, Es Trenc. Extensive pine forests frame the protected beaches. The coastal area with its rocky islands, untouched fine sandy beaches and lush vegetation is washed by crystal clear water. Directly on the harbor promenade of Colònia de Sant Jordi – the port used to be the port of Campos – numerous restaurants and cafes invite you to linger. Palma and the airport can be reached in about 30 minutes.
