The apartment is on the ground floor in a building with 4 apartments in total and has a separate entrance with a ramp that leads to the garden with hammocks, a covered L-shaped porch with fans and a laundry room with a washing machine and a butane gas heater also a communal garage to leave some bicycles / motorcycles or boxes.

Rooms: Apartment built in 1985 with some subsequent reforms and has approx. 80 m2 of living space.

The entrance is to the living – eatroom and has an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, the kitchen is furnished and equipped with a butane gas stove, with an electric oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave.

In the kitchen there is a pantry with access to 1 bathroom with a shower.

B ) Price in the winter NOV – MARCH : 985 € more electricity

1 month deposit for a rental of 3 – 4 months and 2 months of deposit for a rental of 5 – 10 months. Costs final cleaning 150 €.

Distances: Approx. 500 m. to the coast, approx. 70 km. to Palma. Sa Coma is a tourist town on the east coast of the island of Mallorca, where all services are available, especially in the summer season.
