Seasonal rental between September and  June 3 – 10 months (except July and August) and winter offer:

Renovated and modernly furnished, 2-story village house in a quiet location near Campos – in the village of Sa Sorda.

Outdoor area: The walled property of approx. 470 m2 has a beautiful garden with trees and bushes, as well as an uncovered terrace in front of the entrance to the house. Seating, garden furniture and parasols are available. We also find a laundry room with a dryer and washing machine in the rear outside area.Parking spaces available

Rooms: The house was completely renovated in 2024 and measures approx. 130 m2 of living space. On the ground floor we find the bright living and dining area with a couch, dining table, chairs and an open fireplace with two armchairs with exit to the outside.

On the left is the rustic fitted kitchen with access to the garden and is equipped with a gas stove, gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine and all kitchen utensils.

To the right there is another cozy living room, which is equipped with a sofa, armchair, coffee table and a smart television. There is also a small storage room and 1 bathroom with shower. The stairs take us to the upper floor, where there are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds). There are wardrobes in both rooms. Furthermore, a 2nd bathroom with bathtub/shower.

Facilities: Rustic, beautiful ambience, single glazing, 3 x hot-cold air conditioning in all rooms, gas underfloor heating, Chimney, internet from 100 Mb – satelite  about Starlink, fans, rain cistern and water must then be delivered by truck, GESA electricity, hot water via gas boiler, SAT TV. The property is 100% furnished.

For a rental of 3 – 4 months: 2 months of deposit plus electricity , water and gas bottles extra. Included: garbage fee and internet.

For a rental of 5-10 months: 2 months of deposit + electricity, gas bottles, internet and water extra. Included: garbage fee.

Rental prices: November – April 1,430E and connecting months May and / or October 1,550€, September and June 1,650€

Minimal rental  3 months.

Location/distances: Sa Sorda is a small, original village settlement in the countryside, which is still in a quiet location and is not far from the beach Es Trenc (7 km), Ses Covetes y Sa Ràpita (5 km), Colonia de Sant Jordi (10 km), Palma approx. 35 km and the nearest shops in Campos approx. 8 km.
