Modern chalet with pool and partial sea view in Portocolom.

The chalet is located on a closed plot with a high wall of about 1,000 m2. Several trees and plants surround the house where you feel in your own oasis – far away from the city – to be. 2 electric input gates and sufficient parking spaces.

On the back of the chalet we have the pool of 7 x 3.5 m where the summer kitchen with BBQ,  and 1 practical bathroom with shower are also located in the immediate vicinity.

The chalet has a covered terrace on the ground floor – at the exit of the living room and the kitchen – and on the first floor there is a non-covered terrace with partial sea view.

The house can also be rented on April and November ( completly months).

The organization of festivals and celebrations is strictly prohibited.

A deposit of €1000 is required for groups of young people up to the age of 25.

An alarm system is available in the finca. This can be booked on site with an additional charge of 5 €/day. Also a second baby bed for 10 € per day. Air conditioning 20 €/day extra.

Weekly cleaning possible with extra cost after 14 days.
