Authentic, over 200 year old Mallorcan village house in the center of Ariany.
The property was completely renovated in 2001 and is regularly maintained. It combines traditional charm with modern comfort in 160 m² of living space, spread over two floors. Enjoy the outdoor areas: an approximately 30 m² courtyard and a roof terrace that invites you to sunbathe.
Premises:
Ground floor: Inviting entrance area leading into a bright living room overlooking the village square. Behind an elegant arch you enter the dining room, with access to the 2nd bedroom, the very spacious, 11 m² bathroom with shower and the stairs that lead to the upper floor.
From the dining room you can also access the traditional Mallorcan-style kitchen, which is fully equipped with electrical appliances (including a dishwasher). From the kitchen you have access to the laundry room, the third double bedroom, the courtyard (“corral”) and the external staircase that leads to the roof terrace.
Upper floor: This is where the single room (with pull-out bed) is located, which has direct access to the private roof terrace. Bedrooms: The house has a total of 4 bedrooms: Ground floor: 3 double bedrooms (one with a view of the village square).

Equipment:  3 x  air conditioning systems (cold/warm). Estructur: Thick walls ensure a pleasant indoor climate in both summer and winter.

Storage: Closets in bedrooms (no built-in closets except in one room).
Others: One pet is allowed. Payment method: Monthly. Deposit: 1 month’s rent. Additional costs: Electricity consumption not included.
Capacity: Maximum 7 people (three double rooms and one single room). Minimum rental period: 2 months.
Rental options: Seasonal rental from 8 to 11 months. (Long-term rental 1 – 5 years possible on request ) for 1.800 E + costs and 50 % from 1 month agencytax). 
Prices: Special price for the months in anex of October and/or May: €1,550, June + September 1.800 € and July+ August 2.100 €
Distances: Playa de Muro: 13 km (nearest beach). Palma: 40 km. The place is very well connected and is strategically located in the center of the island.
