Winter offer between November and March:
2 small and completely renovated houses with terraces – which are side by side – at Llucmayor – Cala Pi.
On the walled large property there are 2 other casitas to be rented and the main house of the owners. It has a community pool, summer kitchen area and a large BBQ. Parking in front of the 2 houses and a manual driveway. The Casitas still have a kind of innercourd – garden with loungers and every house has its covered south terrace with portable BBQ + summer kitchen – but which are only separated by a paravon.
Space: The two level houses are construided in the year 1650 which were completely renovated in June 24 and have approx. 50 m2 of the reasons and one is handicapped accessible (Palmera 30 d).
Both lie side by side – separated by a paravon, are built in play and very equally from the furniture. Community courtyard which is walled at a height of approx. 1 m.

Equipment: 1 x air condition (hot – cold), integrated wall safe, electric hot water therme, own water, electricity from solarplanels and from the city, internet via WLAN. Modern – antique combination of furniture, bed linen and towels – but it is advisable to bring a sentence yourself – because only in the city can be washed in a laundry. No rinsing and washing machine and no TV !!!!
Others: NO DOGS! Monthly rental payment + 1 month of deposit and the additional electricity costs – which only occur in the evening – since everything is operated on solar planels during the day and there is no generator – via your own counter. 2 month ment rental. Prices and availability for May and October on request There may still be laundry costs- because there is no washing machine !!!
