Each floor has 2 1-bedroom apartments and 1 2-bedroom apartment.

They have a living room with a window to the terrace, a kitchen furnished and equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator and microwave. The 2-bedroom apartments also have a washing machine.

4 apartments with 1 bedroom and 2 apartments with 2 bedrooms, there are built-in wardrobes.
