In one of the oldest stud Mallorcas – today an agroturism – this mill is located near Llucmayor – towards Cala Pi – in one of the still many built valleyot of yore.

There are 4 more units – but each with its own privacy – on the large walled property, which is provided with a manual entrance gate and parking space. The garden – pool and summer kitchens – BBQ area is common – nevertheless each house has its own small, movable wooden BBQ that can be used. There are many small garden solar lamps that are positioned around the Casitas – on the side of the path. The ground -level mill stands with the covered terrace to the south and measures approx. 22 m2 with a little garden. Lies can also be taken from the pool area for use.

Habitacions: The typical, ground -level mill from the year 1650 which is also a listed building – was completely renovated in June 2024 and but has retained many details of the ancient time and has kept a lot of charm and has been lovingly set up.

Living dining room with integrated kitchenette and a small wooden fireplace, 2 ceramic hobs, German cafe maker, toaster and refrigerator. The bedrooms lying on the left and right are equipped with double beds. 1 bathroom with a large shower. 

Equipment: Double glazing, small wooden fireplace, 1 x air condition (hot – cold), own fountain water, electricity from solar and city, Internet via WLAN with smart TV, ceiling fan in the livingroom, electrical hot water therme of 150 l. Modern and rustic furniture also bed linen and towels- but better still a few towels- because there is no washing machine. Baby bed and chair available.

No integrations – rather clothes racks, chests of drawers, benches available to accommodate the clothing brought with you!

Others: On the property there are still 3 units (30 a, 30 c+d) for winter rental and the main house, in which the owners live – but rarely can be seen. Monthly rental payment + 1 month of deposit and electricity costs in advance- which only occur in the evening – since everything is done during the day and there is no generator – as a flat rate for advance costs. 2 months mimimal rental.
