The walled plot of approx. 350 m2 with some shrubs has 2 covered and 1 uncovered patio spaces (one with afternoon sun), parking, BBQ, an outside laundry room with washing machine and a manual gate.

Rooms: Approx. 60 m2 living space on one level – but with steps.

1 bedroom on the left of the entrance area, on the right the somewhat small fitted kitchen with gas hobs, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher and electric oven. Straight ahead is the bright living/dining room with a fireplace and at the back on the right is a bathroom with a shower (also a bit small). To the left of the living room is the 2nd double bedroom which faces the garden at the back.

Facilities: The chalet was completely renovated in 2022 and has single glazing with a partial sliding window system, Internet from 6 MB, light-colored floor tiles, 1 vent, 1 x AC (hot-cold), electric hot water heater, mains water, mains electricity, new furniture, 1 fireplace, innercourt with a little bit garden with furniture and 2 loungers.

Miscellaneous: Pets by arrangement. Monthly payment or in advance with an advance fee for electricity from 80 € where the actual consumption at the end of the rental period is read off the invoice template or meter as well as extra: wood for the fireplace. Occupancy up to 3 people. Minimum rental: 2 months.

Price for September and Octuber on request.

The upper floor is only used by the owners in the summer and is not rented out!!

Distances and location: Approx. 100 m to the beach, approx. 5 km to Santanyi and approx. 55 km to Palma.

The chalet is located in a wooded and absolutely quiet area with few neighbors.
