East facing, own private area / garden from aprox. 600 m2, automatic entrance gate and an uncovered terrace.

Rooms: The House of approx. 60 m2 is built of stone / cement – but from outside and inside with wood clad. The entrance area is the living-dining room with small kitchen with all domestic appliances like 2 CERAN, electric stove and refrigerator.  1 bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms with standing wardrobes. Capacity for 4 people.

Equipment: Electricitiy from GESA, new furnished, village water, SAT TV, WIFI, 1 x AC (hot cold) in the living room, normal glazing, shutters and doors from wood, baby crib, 2 hammocks and exterior shower.

In the outside a litte room with thermo-electric and a washing machine.

Others: No animals and the landlord recide in the summer in her house – 300 m distance. All costs incluided. 1 month of deposit.

Distances: Ca. 1 km to the coast, 3 km to Colonia St. Jordi and approx. 45 km to Palma.
