Little, rustic casita with communal pool, AC and courtyard in a small village settlement near Campos – Sa Rapita.
Outdoor area: There is enough parking space in front of the house, a small front terrace facing south-west and a walled courtyard of approx. 45 m2. Opposite the small street – there is a communal pool, garden and BBQ from gas in the summer kitchen with large covered terrace which can be used.
Rooms: The ground floor and cute house of 48 m2 has a living-dining room with an integrated brown fitted kitchen (including all household appliances and dishwasher), 1 bedroom with built-in wardrobe and 1 bathroom ensuite with tub/shower.
