Seasonrental from 8 – 11 months and winter offer between November and April:
Little, rustic casita with communal pool, AC and courtyard in a small village settlement near Campos – Sa Rapita.
Outdoor area: There is enough parking space in front of the house, a small front terrace facing south-west and a walled courtyard of approx. 40 m2. Opposite the small street – there is a communal pool from 52 m2, garden and BBQ summer kitchen which can be used.
Rooms: The ground floor and cute casita of 48 m2 has a living-dining room with an integrated brown fitted kitchen (including all household appliances and dishwasher), 1 bedroom with built-in wardrobe and 1 bathroom ensuite with tub/shower.
Facilities: Double glazing, thick walls and therefore a good room climate, brown floor tiles, 2 x air conditioning (hot-cold), city water, internet from 7 Mb, SAT TV, GESA electricity, electric hot water heater, visible roof beams, nice ambience and fully equipped including bed linen and towels.

Winter rental: Bring animals on request. Monthly payment method of 580 €, 1 month of deposit + utilities/consumption of electricity. Water, internet, rubbishtax,  pool garden maintenance and final cleaning included. Minimum rental 2 months. Max. 2 people – for 3rd person – on sofa bed possible – on request and surcharge.
Seasonal rental from 8 – 11 months – no matter which months: Rent 650 E + electricity extra via your own meter, 1 month of deposit. Max.2 persons. 1 dog on request.

Distances / Location: The house is opposite APts 23 a – d, which can also be rented over the winter. Sa Sorda is a small, original village settlement ont the country, which is still in a quiet location and is not far from the beach Es Trenc ( 7 km), Ses Covetes y  Sa Ràpita ( 5 km), Colonia de Sant Jordi ( 10 km), Palma ca. 50 km and to Campos approx. 8 km.
