Rooms: The apartment (building with 5 additional units) was built in 2007, renovated in 2021 and measures 97 m2 of living space. Spacious entrance area with terrace access and open kitchen with American counter (including all electrical household appliances). Starting from the living room are the 3 bedrooms (one with bunk beds 90 + 120 cm) and 2 with double beds of 1.40 cm) as well as 2 bathrooms (1x with shower and 1x with shower and bathtub). There is also a storage room with a washing machine.

Others: Animal husbandry by arrangement. Max. number of people 6. Consumption of electricity over 150 kw per month EXTRA which is determined at the end of the rental against invoice templates and a one-off final cleaning fee of 150 E.
Garbage fee, water usage, internet, pool maintenance ALL included! Deposit up to a rental of 3 months: €1,800 and between 4 and 10 months: E3,000 2 month minimum stay. Monthly payment method. Commission depending on term.
Distances: To the harbor approx. 1.2 km, to Santanyi approx. 23 km, to the next bay Cala Marsal approx. 700 m and to Palma approx. 57 km.
