Outside area: 1 uncovered terrace from the kitchen with stairs to the garden, 1 further covered terrace with partial sea views from the living-dining room and a fantastic large roof terrace with all the comforts for sitting and sunbathing (with partial sun protection). Access from outside staircase.  Communal laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer on the first floor – behind the house. The outdoor hot water shower and the 2.50m x 7m pool can also be used.

Rooms: Apartment of 89 m2, completely renovated in 2024. There is a small entrance hall from which the rooms are distributed: On the right – the single room with a sofa bed and a small secretary – followed by 1 bedroom with a double bed of 1.60 m x 2 m.

Bed linen and towels provided.

Landlords sometimes stay there too – on the ground floor – but you can make use of the pool and the outside shower

Smoking is not permitted and no dogs are allowed. Chimney is not working! Maximum occupancy: 4 people (incl. children).
