Equipment: Insulated walls, double glazing with tilt and turn windows, 3 x air conditioning (hot-cold), internet from Conecta Balear 100 Mb (but can be extended for an extra charge), city water, system with automatic ventilation and humidity control, GESA electricity, electric water heater, SAT TV – Astra, chimney for decoration, modern furnishings including bed linen and towels. Baby cot or high chair upon request.

Others: Monthly payment + electricity costs in advance (lump sum), 1month deposit and one-time fee for the final cleaning. Commission depending on length of stay. Dogs are not allowed.

Minimum stay 2 months and maximum 5 months.

Distances: To the harbor approx. 3.5 km, to the next beach approx. 1 km and to Palma approx. 58 km.
