The apartment on the 1st floor is located in a building with 3 apartments and a store on the ground floor. It has a glazed terrace with the possibility of opening completely and with access to an uncovered balcony. The views of the sea, coast and Cabrera are really impressive.

Rooms: Built in 1960 with approx. 120 m2, it was renovated at various times. We have an entrance to the corridor where to the left is the large living room with windows and balcony to the 1st line of the sea, modern furnished open kitchen and fully equipped with appliances and kitchen inventory. In the corridor there is a washing machine and electric boiler room, and a bathroom with a shower. To the right of the entrance, the 3 double bedrooms, 1 of them with a built-in wardrobe. 1 bathroom with shower.

Equipment: Housing with different floors of stoneware tiles, double and single glazing, brown aluminum blinds, SAT TV and Spanish antenna, WIFI connection from 100 MB, 1 hot-cold AC in the living room, 2 electric radiators in the bedrooms. Furnished and equipped with sheets and towels.

Others: Pets are not allowed. Monthly payment with 1 month of deposit and separate electricity expense in advance.

Rental Octuber / April possibly for € 1,350 per month – on request, whether free – as the apartment stay in the holiday rental in the summer. Minimum rent 2 months.

 Distances: On the 1st line of the coast, 1 km. to the beach, surrounded by services, bars and restaurants, approx. 42 km. to Palma.
