The walled with stone of 1 m property of approx. 5,640 m2 has an automatic entrance gate, a beautiful avenue decorated with palm trees, parking spaces. At and around the house there is a beautifully landscaped garden, an uncovered terrace at the front entrance and a reed-covered terrace at the back of the house, oval pool with whirlpool and BBQ area.

Rooms: 2 storey finca with approx. 170 m2 living space. which was built in 2005.

Ground floor: entrance to the living room with wood stove with access to the kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.

1 bathroom with shower and access to the laundry room with washing machine and water heater. All rooms have an exit to the outside.

1st floor: 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 1 bathroom with hydromassage bath and shower.
