SEASONRENTAL between Sept / Oct – April / May:

New and comfortable chalet with terrace and pool in Sant Joan overlooking the village and fields.

The ground floor chalet is located in a quiet street – on a walled plot of approx. 320 m2 – and has an entrance with iron gate and a parking lot, large covered terrace with an open terrace area (courtyard), a 3.5 x 6 m center pool and A cozy chilloutarea.

Rooms: Living of approx. 140 m2 and built 2002.

We have an entrance control with a staircase which leads up which is not expanded. From the entrance you have access to the 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (one of them with private bathroom with  shower), plus 1 bathroom with large bath / shower.

Living, – dining room with access to the covered terrace, beautiful fitted kitchen equipped with gas cooking surfaces, electric cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.

1 bathroom with shower, washing machine and access to the outside.

Facilities: Stoneway tile floors in pink / white tones, double glazing, partly wooden shutters and aluminum, satellite TV and spanish channels, WiFi connection, 5 x AC (hot-cold), gesa stream, city water, hot water over gas therme. Only to furnished in modern style.

Miscellaneous: Pets are not allowed. Monthly payment method with 2 mm of deposit. Additional costs extra for electricity, water, garbage, gas, internet and pool care.

Distances: Approx. 26 km to the coast, about 300 m to the markets, restaurants and service providers and about 40 km to Palma.
