Contracts of 7 – 11 months: Price of €12,000 / month plus extra expenses for electricity, pool equipment, and change of laundry and cleaning (if required) separately. 2 months of deposit.

Contracts of lesser than 6 months: €18,000/month extra expenses  more (laundry and cleaning, if required, separately). 1 month of deposit and minimumrental 3 months.

Others: Pets are allowed and horses can be kept by adapting the terrain and enclosure to the tenant.

Distances: Approx. 10 km to the coast, approx. 5 km. to  Santanyi and Cas Concos and approx. 55 km. to Palma.
