The communal pool plus children’s pool and huge terrace is kidney shaped and has a fantastic view over the sea and the coast. There is an own garage.

The apartment is to rent only from September to June –  or every month – but minimal 2  and max. 10 months rental. Comision depended the duracion of rental. 1 month of deposit.

Distances: About 10 minutes after Felanitx and Cala d’Or and to Palma approx 58 km.
