The ground floor apartment is located on a family property in the countryside with several homes between Felanitx – Porreres, Son Valls area.

The apartment is located within the property on one of the plots to which one of the owner’s homes is attached, although he only resides there occasionally, although farm work is normally carried out on the property, outside the apartment.

The house has its plot with a private closed area with an open terrace of approx. 20 m2 in Southeast orientation with clear views of the countryside.
