SEASON RENTAL from / between Marzo / April – Octubre

Typical village house / mill with courtyard of Manacor.

The village house in a mill on 2 floors has been completely restored while maintaining the original tower 2003 and has a sunny courtyard which has a canopy, a BBQ and a laundry room with washing machine, electric hot water and Wasserentkalkungsanlage. In the basement is a still original wine cellar.

Rooms:
Ground floor: We have the entrance with a lookout tower with a hallway where it goes left to 1 double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and safe, 1 bathroom with shower and hydromassage bath, living, – dining room with closed fireplace and access to the terrace, fitted kitchen with ceramic hobs, Electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.
To the right we have 1 open office and a staircase leading to the basement and a staircase to the 1st floor.
Upper floor: On this floor are 2 double bedrooms (one with fitted wardrobes) and 1 bathroom with shower.

Equipment: The house has tiled floors, double glazing, brown wooden blinds, on the ground floor a wood stove in the living room and radiators in the different rooms, working with water heated by the wood stove, AC (hot-cold) in the two bedrooms on the first floor, Spanish TV antenna, Internet Wi-Fi connection 7 Mb., city water, 100% furnished.

Miscellaneous: Pets are not allowed. Only to rent between March / April and Octuber

Monthly payment with 1 month of deposit. Additional costs for electricity and water extra. Costs of garbage fees,  Internet WIFI  and every 2 weeks cleaning.

Prices per month: 

April, May, September and Octuber for 1.600 €

June, July and August 1.800 €/month. Minimumrental 1 and max. 7 months.

Distances: Quiet street next to the tennis academy of Rafael Nadal, 10 minutes from all services in Manacor, 20 km to the coast and about 48 km to Palma.
