SEASON: Villa in groundfloor with terraces in S Illot– CH 08 CM

Seasonrental as 10 months- without July and August – and winteroffer:

Ground floor villa with large terrace and garden near the beach in S’Illot.

It is located on a plot of approx. 360 m2 of low wall, an interior parking lot, on the street side you access a covered porch with access to the interior of the house by climbing some steps. 1 bathroom with outdoor shower. In the back we have a large patio with a covered porch. There is also a gate that leads to the back street.

Rooms: Approx. 135 m2 of ground floor housing and built in 1983.

We have the entrance to the living room with an open kitchen furnished and equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator and microwave. A hallway leads to 2 double bedrooms with double beds, with built-in wardrobes, and 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower.

Equipment: Beige stoneware tile floors, single glazing, wooden blinds, TV with Spanish antenna, 6 Mb Internet line, 1 x hot-cold AC in living room and electric radiators, electric light, town running water , hot water by electric heater. Furnished and equipped with sheets, towels and kitchenware.

Prices: For season between 7-10 months (except July and August) and minimum 7 months: 820 E per month, 1 month deposit plus electricity and water costs and garbage costs.

Winter offer between October and April with a minimum of 2 months rent: 820 E per month, 1 month deposit and electricity consumption

Prices for the months September, May, June (in winter rental annex: 1,300 E plus electricity and 1 month deposit.

Distances: Approx. at 200 m. to the coast, approx. 70 km. to Palma. S’Illot is a small coastal town with some services open all year round, more so in the summer season.
