Rustic property with 3 separeded houses in Manacor.

Rustic property of more than 100,000 m2, is fully enclosed and is located near Manacor with a rural road access and approx. 400 m from the road. The agricultural land has plots with sheep, many almond and carob trees, olive trees and a Talayotic village.

The entrance to the land is from a path decorated with trees on both sides that lead us to the typical Majorcan renovated possession of 4 houses.

One of them is for private use in the summer season and the other 3 homes are offered for vacation or temporary rental.

Terraces in front of the entrances of the houses make pleasant place.

Ideal for families, since it consists of a terrace area with a closed swimming pool for the safety of the little ones, covered and uncovered children’s areas, they will make the hours pass entertaining.

Living room with separate kitchen and equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave. From the living room – going up a few steps – we find 1 double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and 1 bathroom with bathtub / shower.

From the living room there is access to a 1 double bedroom with three beds with sliding door to the bathroom with shower en suite.

All the houses are in a good state of conservation and equipped to detail for the needs of tourist clients, especially for families with children, indoors and outdoors, as well as in all of them they have a satellite dish, Spanish  and SAT TV, AC ( hot-cold ), centralheating in the ap a + b, Internet connection. Rustic furnished but decorated with a more minimalist and modern style.
