The apartment is located in a house of 3 floors and has the entrance of two streets – from the front to the 1st line and from the back.
Morning sun on the large covered terrace overlooking the harbor.
A washing machine and a dryer are outside area – in the hallway of the stairs – at the main entrance.

Rooms: The modern apartment of about 80 m2  has an entrance hall which leads to the living – dining room and has access to the terrace and the integrated beautiful fitted kitchen – which can be closed with sliding doors – is equipped with ceramic hobs, electric oven, fridge and microwave.
A corridor leads to 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 1 bathroom with bath / shower and 1 single bedroom (2 of the bedrooms have a window to the staircase of the building and the other to the terrace overlooking the port).

Equipment: Bright tile floors, double and single glazing, brown and white wooden blinds, satellite TV and Wi-Fi connection from 300 MB, electricity from GESA, city water, hot water via electric term.

Modern furnished and equipped for up to 5 persons with all kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels. Fans and electric radiators are available.

Distances: 1. Line of the coast, in the immediate vicinity are supermarkets, restaurants and the nearest bay about 500 m and to Palma about 63 km.
