It has a driveway and garage of approx. 18 m2 with access to the interior of the house.

In the garage there is a washing machine, dryer and a refrigerator, as well as a hot water heater.

At the back there is a terrace area with a 10 m2 pool, hammocks, outdoor table and chairs and a gas barbecue.

On the 1st floor there are 2 small terraces at the exit of the bedrooms, one of them has a staircase to a roof terrace with panoramic views from where you can see the sea.

Rooms: Built in 2015 with approx. 150 m2 of housing.

Ground floor: Entrance with hallway and staircase, in the hallway 1 toilet and access to garage. In front, the living room with open kitchen with bar, the kitchen fully furnished and equipped with all electrical appliances and kitchen utensils, large windows overlooking the terrace and pool area.

Distances: Approx. at 500 m. to the coast, approx. 44 km. to Palma. Sa Rapita is a coastal town where there are bars, restaurants and some services open all year round, more so in the summer season.
